This year, we have simplified our Season Ticket ordering process – you no longer need to schedule your show dates and seats at the time of purchase. Order today, and we’ll gently remind you to schedule your seats for each show as we go through our 43rd season.

We’ve had a few questions about how our new Season Ticket system works. Hopefully this will answer some of them.
When I purchase Season Tickets online, why does it select a date for me?
Our ticketing system requires a placeholder date for each ticket. As you go through the order process, you’ll see that you are assigned a date for each show. This date is simply a placeholder that allows us to keep track of who hasn’t scheduled their actual dates yet. When you’ve decided when you want to see the show, you can schedule with the Box Office.
Do I have guaranteed seats?
Your seats for each show are not guaranteed until you have selected dates and seats through our Box Office. The sooner you select dates, the greater selection you will have to pick from. Seating may be limited towards the end of every production and is always subject to availability.
How do I redeem my tickets?
When you’ve decided when you want to see the show, just call the Box Office at 303-449-6000 x4. If you don’t get around to scheduling your date for a particular show, we will send you an email reminder two weeks before the show starts, in the middle of the run, and if we still haven’t heard from you, we’ll email and call two weeks before the show closes.

Can I change my dates?
Yes! Just contact the Box Office at least 24 hours before showtime, and we can reschedule you for another performance, based upon availability.
How do I get my 25% discount on Concert Series and additional Main Stage tickets?
Call our Box Office or come in person, let us know you’re a season ticket holder when you make your reservations. *excludes Children’s Series
